Through “visiois,” I share information through my books about my experiences with anxiety disorders, panic disorders, and the aftereffects of benzodiazepine medications, including how I overcame them. In addition, we offer problem-solving online counseling services not only for individuals suffering from anxiety disorders, panic disorders, depression, stress, or the aftereffects of benzodiazepine medications but also for anyone facing challenges or difficulties in life. Below is the concept of “visiois.”
Note: Online counseling appointments can be made through the Japanese page and are scheduled based on Japan’s time zone. At this time, counseling sessions can be conducted only in Japanese. Please note that the booking form and confirmation emails are only available in Japanese. Counseling sessions might be conducted in English in the future.
CONCEPT
“Visiois” is a coined word I created by combining “vision” and “ist” to form “visionist,” meaning “a person who has a vision.” The word “visiois” is derived by making the “n” and “t” in “visionist” invisible.
The hidden “n” and “t” represent “NT” (an abbreviation for the New Testament), symbolizing the presence of God. Since God is an invisible presence, I intentionally omitted the “n” and “t” from “visionist.”
When the “n” and “t” are added back into the word “visiois,” it signifies that God transforms what could be flaws or painful experiences into something good. It conveys the message that God turns darkness into light, despair into hope, failure into success, illness into recovery, and difficult experiences into dreams of helping others.
Furthermore, “visiois” is a word derived from the Japanese reading of “rejoice.” “Rejoice” means “to be filled with great joy or to make someone joyful.” The word “vision” comes from the Latin “videre” (to see), and “vi” refers to the concept of seeing.
“Visiois” underwent a transformation from “rejoice” to “vijoice” and then to “visiois,” carrying the concepts of “seeing and rejoicing” and “a person with a vision.” “Seeing and rejoicing” means that when you, the second person, “see (hear, feel)” the words I express and overcome difficulties to realize your dreams, you will “rejoice.” It also carries the first-person meaning of me “seeing and rejoicing.” This is also my “vision.”

Profile
I developed an anxiety disorder when I was in the second year of middle school. From elementary school, I had been seriously aiming to become a professional soccer player. However, in high school, after much internal conflict, I gave up on my dream of becoming a professional soccer player and decided to study abroad at an American university. Through a self-help program I encountered in the U.S. (a program designed to overcome anxiety disorders, panic disorders, depression, and stress), I managed to overcome my anxiety disorder.
At the age of 35, I was hospitalized to taper off and discontinue the prescription drug I had been taking for many years (Clonazepam 0.5mg, three tablets per day). During the reduction process, I experienced the extremely difficult withdrawal symptoms associated with tapering. Once I had discontinued the drug, I developed what is known as Benzodiazepine Protracted Withdrawal Syndrome, a lingering and very severe condition. Although I resumed taking one-third of the original dose, the symptoms remained extremely painful.
