I would like to introduce some items that I have used, which I highly recommend to everyone.

Attacking Anxiety & Depression Program

This is a Self-Help program I obtained in the United States. It primarily addresses the mechanisms of anxiety disorders, panic disorders, depression, and stress, along with personal experiences and methods for overcoming them. I was able to overcome anxiety disorders and panic disorders using this program.

The program includes 15 CDs and a workbook, with each session lasting approximately 50 to 60 minutes, covering different topics. Participants work through each session over the course of a week, completing the program in about six months.

The creator of this program has personally experienced agoraphobia, anxiety disorders, and panic disorders, making it highly credible. It was developed in collaboration with their psychiatrist, and in the early sessions, there are actual discussions led by a medical professional, offering insights from a clinical perspective.

The program is also utilized in American universities, large corporations, and clinics as a tool for stress management and overcoming mental health challenges. As it is available only in English, I recommend it to those who understand the language.

Effective Learning Systems

This is an affirmation CD. The product is also available only in English. I discovered it at a bookstore in the United States around the same time I acquired the Attacking Anxiety & Depression Program. It is recommended for daily affirmations.

The CD content consists of simple explanations and commentary, along with repeated affirmations in relatively easy-to-understand English. Examples of affirmations include short sentences like “I am confident” and “I can do what I set my mind to do.” The affirmations change depending on the topic, but similar affirmations are also included. When listening to or reciting affirmations, it is important to truly feel the words being spoken as truth. If speaking out loud is not possible, affirmations can be recited internally.

In simple terms, affirmations serve to reprogram the brain’s thought patterns at a subconscious level. The effects are not immediate, so regular and consistent use is essential.

From the While-U-drive series, I recommend titles like “Become Super Self-Confident” and “Strengthen Your Self Image.” From the For Busy People series, I recommend “Relaxation and Stress Relief” and “Self Image & Self Esteem.” Although I haven’t used it, there is also an app called The Wise Guide App as well as downloadable versions available.
