visiois part 1
visiois part 1 presents not only personal experiences with anxiety and panic disorder, but also the process of overcoming them, approaches to managing stress, and the mindset essential for making your dreams a reality.
The methods and stress‑management strategies introduced here are practical life skills—forms of “inner strength for living” that anyone can apply, and that can benefit people from all walks of life.
Anxiety and panic disorder are mental states in which intense fear or tension arises in response to certain situations or stimuli, sometimes interfering with daily life. I myself tried various approaches, including medications and counseling, but what I ultimately learned through experience was the importance of understanding how the symptoms work and developing “skills for overcoming” that I could use on my own. Because excessive stress can worsen symptoms, stress management is also an essential part of the process.
In life, everyone encounters anxiety, tension, and stress. I believe that the life skills of overcoming these challenges—and the methods for managing stress—become powerful tools for walking your own path and living each day with greater meaning and fulfillment.

visiois part 2
visiois part 2 is a book centered on my firsthand experience with the long‑term aftereffects caused by the benzodiazepine medication clonazepam.
I describe, as concretely as possible, what was happening throughout the years of suffering and how I managed to get through each day.
Driven by the hope that no one else will have to endure the same pain, I also share important lessons learned through my experience, along with key points to keep in mind when attempting dose reduction or discontinuation.
This book is especially intended for those struggling with lingering aftereffects, those considering tapering or discontinuing benzodiazepines, and those who wish to understand the risks associated with these medications. Everything is written in my own words—things that only someone who has lived through it can truly convey.
About benzodiazepine medications
Benzodiazepines are classified as psychotropic tranquilizers.
With continued use over a certain period, the body may adapt to the medication, and withdrawal or rebound symptoms can occur when reducing or discontinuing the dose.
About clonazepam
Clonazepam is primarily used as an anticonvulsant, but it is also prescribed for headaches, dizziness, and certain mental symptoms. Among benzodiazepines, it is considered one of the most potent medications, making tapering and discontinuation particularly challenging.
